Loredana CARPENTIERI

Loredana Carpentieri is full professor of tax law at the University of Naples Parthenope. She is co-director of the Review of Tax Law, of the Telematic Review of Tax Law, of Tax Jurisprudence and of the scientific series The Italian tax system, published by Pacini.
In 2020 she edited the publication of a volume on Tax Profiles of the Digital Economy, Series of the Department of Economic and Legal Studies of the University of Naples Parthenope, Giappichelli publisher, which collects and elaborates the proceedings of a Conference held in Naples on this topic.

Daniela CONTE

Daniela Conte is Associate Professor of Tax Law at Università Parthenope – Naples. She holds a PH.D degree  from “Federico II” University of Naples and has carried out research periods at Castilla-La Mancha University. She is member of the editorial board of primary importance scientific reviews.

Luca COSTANZO

Luca Costanzo is a research fellow at the University of Genoa. His current field of research concerns the tax law of the European Union and its development prospects, with particular regard to digital taxation and environmental taxes.

Francesco FARRI

Francesco Farri is Associate Professor of Tax Law at the University of Genoa and Academic Fellow at “Bocconi” University of Milan. He holds a Ph.D degree from “La Sapienza” University of Rome and has carried out research periods at Yale University Law School and at the Universities of Münster and Stockholm. He has served as juridical consultant for the Italian Government. He is member of the editorial board of primary importance scientific reviews and chief of the editorial board of the Telematic Review of Tax Law.

Stefano RONCO

Sefano Ronco is a researcher in tax law (ricercatore a tempo determinato di tipo A) at the Department of Law of the University of Torino.. He has done research stays in several prestigious institutions, such as the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance (as guest researcher) and the Bank of Italy, macro-prudential supervision department. His key areas of expertise are domestic tax litigation, criminal tax proceeding and domestic and EU tax procedural law.

Alessandro Turina is a senior research associate within the Academic Department of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (Amsterdam) and managing editor of International Tax Studies. He is currently an adjunct lecturer at Bocconi University (Milan) and at the University of Fribourg (Fribourg, Switzerland).
